All rental rates are based on an 8hr time period. We are flexible on this based on your event needs. Rental rates are not decreased for a lesser amount of time & we'll work with you if you need more than 8hrs
Are there Age or Weight Limits ?
Yes, there are to some extent. Some of our units are more suited for the younger kiddos, a few units do have a 200lb weight limit. Restrictions are noted within the details of each unit. No Worries though, we have units available for all ages, even ones the adults can can enjoy! Just reach out to us if you're not sure what may be best for you, we'll help you select a unit that will best serve the needs of your event.
Is there a delivery fee ?
Delivery is FREE within an appx 25 mile radius of Lewistown, PA 17044 Beyond the 25 mile range, we do include a "per mile" delivery fee that will be detailed within your quote.
Do you require a Deposit ?
Yep, we do require a $50 deposit to be made when you reserve your date & unit.
Is my Deposit refundable ?
Yes, it is. If you wish to cancel, that's OK...we understand. We do require any cancellations (not related to weather) be made no later than 3 days prior to your scheduled event in order to qualify for a deposit refund.
Are there any "Hidden" Fees ?
Nope. We do of course have to add 6% PA sales Tax, this will be detailed within your quote
How do I get a Quote & Confirm a Date ?
We have an online quoting & reservation tool you can use 24hrs a day - 7 days a week. Take a look around our site to see what units you may be interested in, then hit the "Request A Quote" button to enter into our online quoting & reservation tool. Within the tool you'll submit some basic info relative to your event, you'll select the unit(s), dates & times. We'll then review your quote request & quickly email you a completed quote for your review. If the quote looks good & your ready to book it, you'll just confirm the booking within our tool, sign your contract & secure your booking with your deposit.

What if it rains ?
Yep, rain sure can ruin the day...but not to worry! We'll watch the weather conditions & work with you right up to the event day & delivery time. If we end up not setting up the unit due to weather, you'll have your choice of a full 100% refund or a "rain-check" for use on a brighter day.
Understand though, if we do set-up as planned...then it rains & dampens your event to some degree, we can't provide refunds or reductions in cost based on that.
When is full payment due by ?
We expect the unit to be paid in full by the delivery date & set-up time
How do I pay ?
We accept all major credit cards, checks & cash. We accept credit card transactions via our online booking & reservation system. Your online payments are safe & protected as they are securely processed through PayPal. We can also swipe your card the day of your event. Cash can be hand delivered. Checks can be mailed to us.
